Keren and I are sitting in our cabin at Lauklines Kystferie in the Kattfjord,  warming up from the chilly Arctic winds outside and looking out at the most incredible view. Brett and the other two kids are outside having fun on the kick sledge.Yesterday Brett took Josh on a snow shoeing walk that ended up as a hike. What amazing memories!
I don't know where to begin in describing this leg of our trip; it has been everything we dared to hope for and so much more.
Last night we donned our layers, cuddled under a down duvet and with eyes glued to the skies we waited. Wow!The Aurora.
I feel overwhelmed at the opportunity to experience something very few people will in their life time.Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not."The beauty of this place will always be with me. It is difficult to be surrounded but this beauty, to watch the Northern lights dance overhead and not feel the hand of God and yet didn't feel small or insignificant in comparison, I felt loved.
